How does hospitality consultancy work?

Prior to our meeting, we will provide you with a comprehensive questionnaire to maximize the effectiveness of our time together, whether we connect by phone or your preferred method. If you choose to move forward after our discussion, we will craft a customised proposal tailored to your specific requirements.

Our expertise lies in working with independent hotels restaurants, B& B guest house, Self-catering apartment and lodges specifically targeting the small to medium enterprise (SME) marketplace. We provide a wide range of accommodations, alongside vibrant bars, restaurants, and multifunctional spaces. Our diverse culinary offerings span from relaxed quick-service venues to upscale dining experiences. We offer comprehensive support across various areas, including feasibility studies, business plan, pre-opening, staffing., operational support and hotel management services. What are the fees for your consulting services?
To kick off our partnership, We suggest a one-time consultation fee of £2,500. This fee includes a two-day site visit along with ten one-hour sessions to be utilized within 30 days after signing the NDA and agreement. For any additional sessions, we will collaboratively determine our hourly rate and the total number of hours you wish to dedicate to the project. We can choose between an hourly rate or a fixed fee. For more complex, long-term projects, costs may vary depending on the scope and level of commitment, whether it involves three, six, nine, or twelve months.
We also present an opportunity for an incremental profit-sharing model, tailored specifically to the unique aspects of each project.
